HDPE Structured Wall Pipe (Krah Pipe) is manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) using advanced spiral winding technology. Featuring a smooth inner surface and a profiled outer wall with spiral reinforcing ribs, it offers high ring stiffness, corrosion resistance, and excellent hydraulic performance.
The pipe adopts a socket-and-spigot electrofusion jointing system, ensuring fast installation and a permanently leak-free connection. It is widely used in municipal drainage, power utilities, petrochemical projects, mine ventilation, and other infrastructure applications, providing a durable and reliable alternative to reinforced concrete and cast iron pipelines.

Its lightweight design also simplifies handling and installation, reducing labor costs and shortening construction time.
Superior Hydraulic Performance
The smooth inner wall provides a low roughness coefficient of 0.009, ensuring excellent flow efficiency. Compared with reinforced concrete pipes of the same diameter, Krah Pipe can achieve up to 30% greater flow capacity. For the same discharge volume, a smaller pipe diameter can often be selected, reducing material and installation costs.

Leak-Free Jointing System
The pipe adopts an electrofusion socket-and-spigot jointing system, in which both pipe ends are fused into a single homogeneous structure during welding. This creates a permanent, fully sealed connection, ensuring a zero-leakage pipeline system and long-term operational reliability.
